Pacific Group International acquires homes in Cape Coral, FL through Special
Purpose Vehicles

Fort Myers, FL – Pacific Group International, LLC announced the acquisition of 6 (six)
homes in Cape Coral, FL. (Map of all Properties)
The acquisition is further evidence of PGI's belief in the attractiveness and relative value
of the Cape Coral submarket. While there is still considerable inventory in the market,
building new homes has virtually stopped and PGI is in a position to take advantage of a
rental upswing.
Cape Coral is Florida's third largest city. With 114 square miles of land mass, this
vibrant city offers more than 400 fresh and saltwater canals making it an idyllic
residence for boating, fishing and water sports lovers.
