1. The 26th Floor of the The World Centre located along Sen. Gil Puyat Ave, Makati City was purchased on May 31, 2007. The unit is being leased by Gallardo and Associates.

2. The 25th Floor of Ayala Life FGU Centre Office along Ayala Avenue, Makati City, was purchased on April 01, 2007. The entire floor is currently occupied by the Business Center of the Embassy of the United States of America.

3. The 27th floor of Equitable Bank Tower along Paseo De Roxas, Makati City was purchased on August 30, 2006.  The unit was leased by The Kingdom of Spain.
